K9 Tactical Division
At Secutor Solutions, we train dogs to the highest standards for Patrolling, Personal Protection, Tracking, Man-Trailing, and Detection work. Each canine is trained with a specific discipline in mind, ensuring focus, reliability, and peak performance in high-risk environments.
- Patrol Dogs are trained to remain alert under pressure, detect threats early, enhance situational awareness, and neutralise danger to protect both handlers and the broader security detail.
- Personal Protection Dogs undergo even more advanced training, offering high-profile clients peace of mind with reliable, responsive protection in any setting or scenario.
- Anti-Poaching Dogs are typically trained as multi-disciplined assets, capable of tracking or trailing targets (“tracking to contact”) and supporting operational teams in neutralising threats upon arrival.
Detection Dogs are imprinted with specific scents to support narcotics, weapons, or wildlife operations:
- Narcotics Dogs identify illicit substances, especially in workplace environments.
- Ammunition/Firearm Detection Dogs locate hidden weapons or ammunition, supporting both anti-poaching and urban security efforts.
- Blood Spoor Dogs assist in tracking wounded animals during anti-poaching missions.
Training Approach
Our protocols are grounded in behavioural science and follow the Protection Sports Association (PSA K9) framework. This ensures elite performance while prioritising positive reinforcement, consistency, and the individual strengths of each dog and handler pair.
Welfare First
We prioritise the health, safety, and happiness of our dogs. Each receives full veterinary care, structured rest periods, and a supportive, enriching environment. A well-cared-for dog is not only more effective but also more dependable.
Selective Breeding
We work exclusively with proven working bloodlines, selecting for intelligence, drive, and resilience. This guarantees that our dogs are not only capable but elite working partners — able to adapt and excel across a range of environments and operational challenges.
